At Le Capsole all returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that the initial shipping fee and any import fee related to your order will not be refunded upon return.
All items must be returned in their original condition, placed in the original polybag, with all hangtags attached.
If you wish to exchange to a different size or colour, please place a new order on our website and register your return here. A refund for your return will be issued within 15-20 business days of receiving it at our warehouse.
