Can I cancel or make a change in my order once it is placed?

Once the order is placed we are unable to cancel or change it.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped. You will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that the shipping link might need 24 hours to get activated.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be handled as soon as possible by our warehouse. You will get an email when your order has left our warehouse, estimated to be 1-2 business days after the order is placed.

How do I make an exchange?
