A capsule wardrobe is a limited number of garments that are easy to be mixed and matched together for multiple styling options. These garments are timeless pieces that are easy to combine. In this way, you always have options on what to wear and a closet that never goes out of style.

Are you wondering about a refill for a specific size or product?

Please sign up with your email under the chosen products & size to get notified if/when it will be back in stock. The more signups, the bigger chance the product will be back in stock.

SHIPPING

What is the shipping fee?

The shipping fee depends on the shipping method you choose and the country you would like to ship to. Please go to the check-out and fill in all shipping information. Then you will choose the different shipping options and prices.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we love to see our garments being worn all over the world! Therefore we offer worldwide shipping!

How long is the shipping time?

The shipping time varies depending on what country you ship to and the chosen shipping method. Usually, all orders sent with the Postal Service take around 5-14 working days to be delivered. All orders sent with Express Delivery take around 2-3 working days.

How do I track my order?

If you have placed an order with a shipping method that allows you to track the shipping, as soon as your order has been handled and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking link. RETURNS, EXCHANGE & CLAIMS

Why do you charge a return fee?

To help reduce unnecessary shipping for our planet, we encourage you to be mindful when shopping and only purchase items that you are certain that you want to keep. To ensure you get the right size and fit, please take a look at our size guide, or chat with us on Whatsapp.

How do I create a return?

To create a return, please use this link to start the return-process.

How do I create a claim?

To create a claim, please contact us at info@lecapsole.com with the reason for the claim and attached pictures/videos that prove your claim. If the claim is approved, the money will be returned.

How do I create an exchange of a product?

If you want to exchange your product for a new size, color or garment. Please proceed with doing a normal return here. Once this is done, you can place a new order with the new correct product. At the same time, we will refund the first product when we receive the returned item.

Where can I find my return label?

If you want to return or exchange your garment, make sure to register your return using the following link. Then you will receive your return label so you can print it out. Before sending it, make sure to paste the return label in a visible place on the package. If for some reason the portal does not work, please email us at info@lecapsole.com. For all orders outside of Europe, you will automatically receive a return label in your package.
